Donna Parent

Donna has been part of the Ottawa portfolio for over 20 years and brings three decades of experience in commercial and industrial property management. Over that time, she has developed an in-depth understanding of the buildings that she oversees - truly knowing the bones of each property and how they’ve evolved.

She currently manages approx. 1,000,000 square feet of office and warehouse space in Ottawa, ON and Brockville, ON. From lease negotiations and capital planning to day-to-day operations and tenant support, Donna takes a long-term, hands-on approach to every property under her care.

Donna values strong, lasting business relationships and looks out for the best interests of her tenants at every stage - from their first showing through the many years of their tenancy. Steady, practical and deeply committed, she approaches property management with accountability and care.

Sarah McClurg

Sarah has been with the Ottawa portfolio for close to 20 years and is an essential part of the team’s day-to-day operations. She manages tenant accounts, tenant and vendor insurance, and all office accounts payable and receivable, ensuring the financial side of the portfolio remains organized and accurate.

Her depth of knowledge and attention to detail make her a trusted resource for both tenants and colleagues. Whether handling documentation or answering questions, Sarah approached her with precision.

Steve Berezan

Steve has been actively purchasing real estate since 1988. Initially targeting residential homes, Steve quickly found his niche purchasing commercial properties related to the hospitality industry.

In 1990, the hospitality division of the Berezan family group of companies (www.berezanhg.com) was established with the purchase of the first hospitality property and business. Since then, the Berezan groups hospitality division has grown to the current number of three pubs, ten liquor stores, a ski resort, a hostel, a community gaming centra and a catering facility. Berezan Hospitality Group currently compromises more than 200 team members.

Steve has been active in seeking out and negotiating the purchase of additional real estate opportunities for Berezan Management (www.berezan.ca). As the number of acquisitions increased, Steve recognized his passion to follow this format for success and established Stonewater Properties Inc. in 2005.

In addition to mentorship and experience in the family company, Steve credits the Vancouver Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) as an invaluable professional and personal resource for his development as a successful entrepreneur. An active member since 2001, Steve has held board positions as Education Chair for two years, accelerator program, President and Past President. Steve is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

Cherylyn Boyd

Cherylyn is the Regional Property Manager for Stonewater Properties USA. Cherylyn has 20+ years experience in commercial real estate management and leasing. Cherylyn currently manages the operations, maintenance, and leasing of 20 properties including commercial, retail, flex and warehouse space. Her responsibilities include contract and lease negotiation, administration, supervision, property inspections, capital improvement planning and management, project management, marketing, and tenant relations.

Cherylyn loves working with people in all aspects of property management and believes the strong relationships we build grows our personal and company value. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BBA in MIS from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. She also received her MBA from Texas A&M Corpus Christi.
